How to Order
Welcome - please take the time to read through this section.
Registering
You will need to register on the site prior to seeing our prices and being able to place an order. You will receive details of your unique user log-in details within 12 hours of registering.
Minimum Order Level
Our minimum order value is $100 excluding shipping costs.
Selecting Items for Purchase
Making an order could not be easier. Just browse our website and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selections you need to decide whether you wish to pay via Paypal or via Bank Transfer (2.5% discount for payments made via bank transfer!)
Payment
Paypal
If you would like to pay by Paypal, after finishing your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for details that we will need to be able to satisfy the order. Please notify us of your preferred shipping method and we will send you a Paypal invoice for the actual shipping costs - please allow up to 24 hours for us to pick and pack your order, at which time we can determine the exact shipping costs. See Shipping section below for guidance regarding shipping costs.
If you encounter technical difficulties sending payment through Paypal, please feel free to email us and we'll send you a Paypal invoice for the appropriate amount to make it easier to submit payment. Please be sure to include your order number in your email.
Bank Transfer
If you are paying via Bank Transfer please select this as your option at "Checkout". Please notify us of your preferred shipping method and we will send you an invoice for the actual shipping costs - please allow up to 24 hours for us to pick and pack your order, at which time we can determine the exact shipping costs. Your invoice will include a 2.5% discount for paying via Bank Transfer as opposed to Paypal.
Once making the wire transfer payment, please briefly notify us through email. We'll ship out your order once we receive the bank confirmation. Please allow a few days for this process to be completed. Then, we'll notify you with the tracking number of your shipment.
Cash
If you are going to be in Bangkok we are happy for you to collect your order in person and pay via cash - Thai Baht, US$, £ sterling and Euros are all accepted. We can also deliver you order, free of charges, to wherever you are staying in Bangkok, if that option is more convenient.
Moneygram/Western Union
We can accept payment via Moneygram or Western Union Services. Payments via these methods also qualify for a 2.5% discount.
Shipping Methods / Costs
When you come to check out there are two options available - either chose:
1. "ex-works" if you wish to use your own preferred shipping agent/courier or you wish us to calculate your shipping and insurance charges precisely and invoice you for these seperately.
2. "DHL - worldwide" - the price is for insured shipping worldwide. If actual shipping costs are lower than this cost you will receive a refund for any overcharge.
Our preferred shipping is via DHL but if you have your own shipping account or wish to use any other courier, please notify us of your preference.
For orders with a shipping weight below 980g shipping can be either via DHL Global Mail Service or via DHL Express Worldwide. The Global Mail Service is a less expensive option but delivery times are between 7 and 14 days, as opposed to the 3 to 5 days with Express Worldwide.
An up to date pricing list (in Thai Baht) for DHL Express Worlwide can be downloaded at the DHL Thailand website - please note that the prices that you are charged via the site are for fully insured packages and the price of shipping and insurance reflects this. We will always charge shipping at cost and if we can save you money on the shipping we will do so and refund any overpayment that has been made.
Due to insurance issues to certain countries we may need to use an alternate courier/postal service but we will always inform our customers of which shipping option needs to be taken.
Volume Discounts
We offer discounts for all orders $300 and up. Simply enter the appropriate discount code at checkout and your discount will be reflected in the total. Discounts apply to each individual order.

Manufactured to Order
We have an extremely large range of designs that are available for manufacture. Minimum orders are for 50 items per design and lead times are approximately 60 to 75 days. Terms would be 30% on order and balance upon completion. Please feel free to contact us with your enquiries.
